Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements and statutory obligations.
- Monitor expenditure, project costs and financial performance.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to management.
- Oversee financial records, reconciliations and internal controls.
- Support audits and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional qualification or membership with ACMA/CIMA or BICA.
- 6-10 years of relevant work experience, including at least the last 2 years in a Finance Manager position or an equivalent role.
