Job Description
Reporting to the Designated Supervisor, the Quality Controller under the Credit and Quality Assurance department will be responsible for Quality Control 1 (QC1) – Validation checks of loan application documentation received from the Front Office stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Validation and Authentication of customer’s loan application documentation provided by Front Office staff
- Checks for completeness and correctness of submitted loan application documentation
- Timely (and Quality Assured) submission of validated loan application documentation to next loan application process Stage
- Timely communication of relevant corrective action recommendations related to invalidated loan application documentation
- Ensuring all relevant departmental/ operational reports are consolidated and circulated on a timely basis
- Performance of sensitivity analysis, when required to give input from a Credit standpoint
- Escalation of suspicious or fraudulent activity /actual frauds, in accordance with the Company’s Fraud Prevention Procedures
Requirements
- Grade 12 with five (5) O Levels including Mathematics and English
- Excellent communication skills. Good numerical, analytical, and accounting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work well under minimum supervision. Proactive and self-motivated.

- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Must be a Degree Holder (Preferably in Business Administration, Banking, any business-related field, or Social Sciences) as required for entry level position
