MonyGlob, a member of the Choppies Group, provides regulated electronic payment and remittance services in Botswana. Payzana is MonyGlob’s digital payments platform.
We are looking for a Product and Delivery Manager to own Payzana: set its roadmap, manage the technology partners who build and run it, and make sure every release is stable, secure and compliant. You will be the link between the business and our technology partners, and a trusted advisor to senior management on how the platform grows.
This is a long-term ownership role for someone who understands how software is built and has managed software products and projects from requirements through to production.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for the external technology partners that develop, host and support the platform.
- Run a regular delivery cadence with partners, track every open item to closure and keep a clear written record.
- Review statements of work, change requests and invoices for technical soundness and value for money.
- Hold partners to agreed SLAs, quality standards and delivery dates.
Requirements
- Own the Payzana product roadmap and align it to MonyGlob’s business strategy.
- Translate business needs into prioritised epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, and own the product backlog.
- Make and defend trade-off decisions on scope, cost and timing; bring options and a recommendation to management where a decision is needed.
