Nshatys Farm is seeking a hardworking, practical and experienced Animal Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day livestock and poultry production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise broiler chicken production, including feeding, growth monitoring, hygiene and biosecurity.
- Manage goat production, feeding, breeding, health monitoring and general herd management.
- Oversee piggery production, including feeding, breeding, housing, hygiene and growth performance.
- Monitor animal health and promptly report illness or mortality.
- Supervise farm workers and allocate daily duties.
- Maintain accurate production records, feed records, mortality records and inventory.
- Manage feed supplies and minimise wastage.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection and disease-prevention procedures.
- Provide regular production reports and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification or proven practical experience in Animal Production, Animal Science, Agriculture or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in broiler production, goat farming and piggery production.
- Practical knowledge of animal nutrition, breeding, disease prevention and farm biosecurity.
- Previous supervisory or farm management experience will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, record-keeping and problem-solving skills.
- Must be prepared to work on-site at Shashe-Mooke.
