Job description

The Human Resource(HR) Officer develops partnerships across the operation and within the HR team to support strategic projects and advance the HR people strategy.HR Officer is also responsible for providing support to the various departments and functions, as well as being responsible for the tasks and areas listed below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing
  • Implementation of HR Policies and Procedures
  • Resourcing & visa, work permits Management
  • Records and Information Management
  • Housing Management
  • Training and Development of Staff
  • Performance Management
  • Administer employee assistance programmes
  • Employee welfare & office administration
  • Personnel Administration, handle new engagement and termination documents
  • Employee Grievances, Disciplinary Cases
  • Safety, Environment, Health and Quality

Qualification and Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management/BCom Management/Social Sciences or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in a generalist HR Function
