HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING COORDINATOR – Kromberg & Schubert Botswana

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual training needs and analysis and develop the training calendar in consultation with departmental heads.
• Documents implemented actions and monitoring budget compliance
• Organise and coordinate internal and external training programs for all employees.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and job specific skills development programmes.
• Updates and optimizes local training material according to the requested standards
• Facilitate WI 3.18.40.00 Training of Direct Employees
• Maintain relationship with training and development institutions
• Budget planning of HR training
• Coordinate internship, apprenticeship and other development programmes.
• Support the preparation and submission of training levy applications and claims to relevant authorities, where applicable.
• Responsible for accuracy of HR training and development records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in training coordination, learning and development, at a supervisory level
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of the training and development processes and coordination training programs for large employee populations.
• Knowledge of Botswana Labour Laws
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Law and Regulations
