Women’s Finance House Botswana (Thusang Basadi) (WFHB) is a non-governmental organization with main office located in Gaborone and field office in Letlhakeng. It was incorporated in January 1989 and runs a Credit and Savings Program
WFHB is looking for dynamic, energetic and progressive citizens of Botswana to join it in the Position of Field Officer.
VACANCY: FIELD OFFICER
Duty Station: Kanye
Minimum Requirements:
? O’ Level Certificate
? COP Certificate- experience in insurance and field work
? A certificate in any business related field
? Driver’s License an added advantage
? At least 1 year proven field work experience with rural communities
? Age Limit: 27-40years
Salient Duties & Responsibilities
? Group Mobilization
? Savings Mobilization
? Loans Administration
? Arrears follow-up
? Credit Reporting
? Provision of basic business skills to clients
Critical attributes:
Must be fluent in Setswana and English
Ready to do field work
