Key Responsibilities
- Lead the warehousing and distribution operation and its management team.
- Develop and implement operational plans, budgets and KPIs.
- Deliver agreed client service levels for receipt, storage and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice, BoMRA and safety requirements.
- Safeguard cold chain integrity across storage and transport.
- Oversee the Warehouse Management System, stock security and business continuity.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s an advantage).
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse management.
- Proven experience leading large operational teams.
- Experience in health products or pharmaceutical supply chains (advantage).
- Valid driver’s licence.
