We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, business development, and the marketing department. You will lead the team, grow revenue, and build our brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Oversee all marketing activities, campaigns, and social media presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated and business-minded
- Valid Driver’s License will be an added advantage
