Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fuel receipt, storage, truck loading and dispatch.
- Manage daily stock measurement, reconciliation and reporting.
- Enforce health, safety, security and environmental procedures.
- Ensure regulatory, licensing and operational compliance.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Lead depot staff, shifts and emergency-response activities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in fuel depot, terminal, refinery or bulk-loading operations.
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
- BGCSE with Mathematics and English, if no tertiary qualification.
- Valid driver’s licence (Code B minimum).
- Police clearance certificate (MANDATORY).
- Clean employment track record.
- Fire-fighting, first-aid and HSE training.
- Good numerical, reporting and computer skills.
- Knowledge of fuel handling, safety and Botswana petroleum regulations.
