Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
- Assist in measurement and valuation of works on site.
- Assist in monitoring project costs, budgets and variations.
- Assist in preparation of interim valuations and final accounts.
- Taking off quantities from drawings and specifications.
- Assist in cost control and reporting to the Project Manager / Senior QS.
- Assist in procurement of materials and subcontractor management.
- Maintaining proper records of all measurements, costs and site correspondence.
- Taking part in site meetings and progress reporting.
- Undertakes any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or Construction Management. Graduate member of Quantity Surveyors Registration Board with 0 – 2 years of relevant work experience in building and construction (Industrial attachment / internship considered).
- Knowledge of CCS, WinQS, MS Excel and MS Project.
- A Valid Class B Driver’s license will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to be based on site.
