JB is looking for 5 Stock Controllers for Botswana region to ensure that the company’s stock levels meet business needs by overseeing purchases and pricing reports, replenishing levels when necessary and monitoring stock transfers between stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES
? Preparing check list for stock take.
? Conducting stock takes.
? Monitor stock reconciliation.
? Preparing and implementing stock action plan.
? Report Discrepancies to Management.
? Give feedback on branch observations.
? Any other tasks as per Management requirements.

COMPETENCIES
? Good communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)Microsoft proficient
? Good excel skills -Ability to use pivot tables.
? Detail Oriented
? The willingness to travel.
? Good knowledge of retails and retail risk SOP’s
? Computer literate
? The ability to follow processes and guide staff.
? Trustworthy and having a sense of urgency.
? Excellent organizational skills.
? Strong interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate and work well in a team/individual environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Diploma in Supply Chain Management as a minimum qualification or equivalent
? At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position and environment.
? Driver’s license will be an added advantage.
