Available Position Areas: Shakawe, Kasane, Tutume, Palapye, & Thamaga

The applicants must state the region they are applying for, and must also be having accommodation in that area. The positions responsibilities shall be & not be limited to the following:

Responsibilities
– To create product awareness to customers
– To demonstrate / display product samples, make presentations and create general public interest
– Ensure that Retail Store shelves are nicely stocked & merchandised
– Assist to Increase sales volumes in stores – (grow the business in the region)
– Assist in ensuring the business achieve its Sales targets by merchandising & promotion
– Ensure constant stock availability in stores
– Create positive brand awareness

Requirements
– Good communication and customers service skills (convincing skills)
– Presentation skills and ability to explain the product clearly
– Team work skills, and commercial awareness
– Able to cope with pressure
– Fluent in business English
– Merchandising experience an advantage

Requirements:
– A love for Sales and Retail / commercial business environment
– Minimum education BGSE or 2 years working experience
– Must be of sober habits

Competencies:
– Ability to talk clearly in both Setswana & English (good communicator)
– Proactive and action oriented
– People’s person (out spoken personality and social skills)
– Effective communication,
